Oseltamivir, or Tamiflu, is a prescription drug used for the prevention and treatment of influenza. It is clinically proven for use in patients with early symptoms of this condition. They also reduce the chance of contracting the virus in patients after six months.
This drug has been sold in Mexico since 1999 and is available from pharmacy chains that sell patent medicines throughout Mexico.
Its price is approximately 580 pesos in presentation of 10 capsules.
