Today starts out cold thanks to the remnants of the cold front 31 over the Caribbean Sea.
Stable weather conditions are expected Wednesday, March 2, with clear to partly cloudy skies and no rain is expected.
Although weak, cold front number 31 will continue to contribute to cool nights and mornings in the Yucatan Peninsula, at least until the weekend.
While what would be the last cold front of the season loses intensity, minimums of 13 to 18 are expected this morning. The maximums would be 29 to 34 degrees for Yucatan.
In Mérida, the minimum would be 16 to 19 degrees this morning and the maximum would be 29 to 32 degrees.
No rain is in the forecast but more heat is coming.
It is expected that very soon at the beginning of March there will be a significant increase in temperatures with maximums above 38 degrees and thermal sensations that would be around 45 degrees.
